主要研究领域及兴趣:
  实验室致力于探索造血、血液肿瘤以及肝脏代谢疾病发生的分子基础,主要研究内容有:
  1)巨核细胞生成、骨髓增殖性肿瘤和急性髓系白血病发生机制:研究巨核细胞发育分化中的信号转导、转录调控、表观遗传调控机制;探索骨髓增殖性肿瘤(原发性骨髓纤维化)发生的分子基础和靶向干预;鉴定急性白血病细胞增殖、存活和恶变的关键因素和新生物学标志物。
  2)肝脏代谢病变发生机理:阐释非酒精性肝脏脂肪变性、非酒精性脂肪肝炎、肝硬化到肝癌演化的分子机制;揭示肝脏缺血/再灌注损伤发生的决定性因素;特别关注天然免疫、泛素化/去泛素参与代谢调控从而影响此类疾病发生的分子机理。
Research interests:
Our laboratory is dedicated to explore the molecular basis of hematopoiesis, hematopoietic malignancies and liver metabolism-associated diseases. Major researches include:
1. Megakaryopoiesis and pathogenesis of Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPNs) and Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML): We investigate signal transduction, transcriptional, and epigenetic regulation of megakaryopoiesis; explore the molecular basis of MPNs (Primary Myelofibrosis) for target therapy; identify key regulators controlling AML cell proliferation, survival, and malignancy as well as novel biomarkers.
2. Pathogenesis of liver metabolism-associated diseases: We dissect molecular mechanism underlying the progressive evolution of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH), Cirrhosis to Hepatocellular Carcinoma; unveil the decisive factors determining Hepatic Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury; particularly focus the function of innate immunity and ubiquitination/deubiquitination that regulate metabolism and ultimately contributes to these diseases .
