主要工作经历与任职情况:
1982.01-1998.04: 华中师范大学澳门新葡亰,助教、讲师、副教授。
1998.05-至今: 澳门新葡亰手机版,副教授、教授、博士生导师。


主要社会兼职:
现任中国植物生理学会常务理事、中国植物生理学会植物生物技术专业委员会副主任、湖北省植物生理学会副理事长、湖北省植物学会常务理事。《植物生理学报》编委会编委。

主要研究领域及兴趣:
被子植物有性生殖中授粉、受精和胚胎发育关键事态的分子机理,重点研究:(1)合子激活和定向分裂、早期胚胎启动和极性轴形成、胚胎细胞分化和器官建成等机制;(2)早期胚乳分裂和分化的分子机制;(3)花粉发育和花粉管定向生长机制,以及花粉与雌蕊的互作机制。
